The White Buffalo is the work of California native Jake Smith, who is quite possibly a legend in the making. Listing influences as wide reaching as Waylon Jennings, Radiohead and Tom Waits, Smith is a throwback to the time of hard touring, hard drinking artists who really lived what they sang about. Everything about Smith is big, from his imposing physical size to his amazing vocal range.

An effortlessly charismatic performer, Smith as comfortable playing in a dive bar as he is in front of thousands in a European arena. Debuting with a self titled ep in 2006, The White Buffalo released Hogtied Revisited, his debut record, in 2009.

With literally hundreds of songs written and more coming all the time, The White Buffalo's future is bright indeed.
